SWEET DINNER ROLLS

SWEET DINNER ROLLS

Mix or dissolve 2 pkgs. Yeast in 1/ 4 C. lukewarm water.
Pour 1 C. hot milk over 1/ 3 C. shortening.
Add:
                        2 eggs, well beaten
                        1/ 2 C. sugar
Mix all above and add 5 to 6 cups flour to make a soft dough but won’t stick to hands.

Let rise to double in size.  Punch down and pinch off pieces for rolls.  Fill a large, 9x13 greased pan.  Let rise to double again and bake at 375 till done.  15 to 20 minutes, depending on size of rolls.
