MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE

In a 6-8 qt. Bowl mix:

                        3 4 oz. plain Hershey bars

                        1 12 oz. pkg chocolate chips

                        1 pt. Marshmallow cream

                        2 Tblsp. Butter

                        1 tsp. vanilla

In a separate pan heat for 6 min after it comes to a boil:

                        4 1/ 2 C. sugar

                        1 large can canned milk

Stir to prevent sticking.

Pour  over the above mixture and stir  till creamy.

Fold in 1 C. nuts, chopped.  Drop by tspfuls on waxed paper.  Let set 4 to 6 hours to mellow and set
