BISCUIT MIX

Sift:
            9 C. flour
            1/ 2 C. baking powder
            1/ 4 C. sugar
            1 Tbsp. salt
            1 tsp. cream of tartar
Cut in 2 C. Crisco to cornmeal texture.
Store in refridgerator.

For biscuits:
            Mix:
                        1 C. water or milk
                        2 C. mix.
            Roll out to 1/ 2” thick on floured board.  Cut in circles.  Bake at 400 about 15 minutes.
