CHICKEN SUPREME


CHICKEN SUPREME


In bottom of baking dish place:
                        1 1/ 2 C. raw rice
Mix and pour over rice:
                        1 can cream of celery soup
                        1 can cream of mushroom soup
                        1 can cream of chicken soup
                        1 small can of mushrooms
                        1/ 2 can water
                        chopped pimientos and green peppers, diced to taste, optional
                                                  
Place 4 or 5 buttered chicken breasts on top of rice.  Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours or till done.
May remove cover for last hour.
