BULK EGG NOG

35 one oz. servings

Beat 12 egg yolks slightly
Add. 1 C. sugar, beat tothick lemon color
Add:
                        1 C. bourbon
                        1 C. light rum

Chill several hours.

Add: 1 qt. Milk to yolk mix
Add: 1 gal regular eggnog mix to thin down
Beat 12 egg whites to almost stiff
Beat 2 C. whipping cream - whipped stiff
Fold the egg whites and whipped cream into the above mix.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
