ENGLISH TOFFEE

Mix:

                        1 lb. Oleo

                        2 C. white sugar

                        6 Tbsp. water

Cook on high heats, stirring constantly to boil. 

Add 2 capfuls of cider vinegar.

Cook till light brown-275- soft crack.

Add 1/ 2 C. chopped walnuts.

Pour onto a greased cooky sheet and cover with Hershey Bars.

Sprinkle with finely ground walnuts and cool.

Crack into the size chunks desired
