Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

20 mushrooms -- stems removed
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon chives
1 package beefy onion or mushroom soup mix
4 cups water
Combine soup mix and water in saucepan. Cook mushrooms in broth until tender. Meanwhile, combine, cream cheese, sour cream, and chives. spoon cream cheese mixture into warm mushroom caps and serve immediately. (Cake decorating bag and large tip works great for filling the caps.)
