BARBEQUE SAUCE


BARBEQUE SAUCE


Simmer together;
                        4 Tbsp. shortening
                        2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Add:
                        2 Tbsp. vinegar
                        1 C. catsup
                        1 onion diced
                        1 C. diced celery
                        1 bottle chili sauce
                        1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Simmer all till tender.

Can be bottled and kept in refrigerator indefinatly.

Add cooked ground or chopped meat as desired and let simmer till ready to serve.
