STRAWBERRY CAKE

STRAWBERRY CAKE

Combine:
                        1 pkg. White cake mix (1lb. 4 oz. Size)
                        1 pkg. Strawberry jello
                        3 Tbsp. flour
Combine and add:
                        4 eggs beaten
                        1/ 3 C. water
                        1 C. cooking oil
Stir in:
                        1/ 2 C. mashed, fresh strawberries
Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 35 min.

ICING
Mix:
                        1/ 4 lb. Oleo
                        1 pkg. Powdered sugar
                        1/ 2 C. crushed berries
Spread on cake.
