PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS

PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS

Mix and form into balls:
                                    1 1/ 2 C. ground beef
                                    1/ 2 C. onions chopped
                                    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
                                    salt and pepper to taste
                                    1/ 2 C. raw rice

Place balls in a shallow baking dish and cover with:
                                    1 can tomato soup
                                    1 can water
Bake at 300 for 2 hours.  Baste occasionally.
