PINK PARTY PUNCH

Chill:
                        2 cans (46 oz.) pineapple pink grapefruit juice
                        1 bottle (28 oz.) gingerale

Pour above chilled liquids into punch bowl and float scoops of:
                        1 qt. Strawberry ice cream
                        1 C. sliced frozen or whole fresh strawberries

Garnish with mint sprigs.
