APPLE PUDDING CAKE

APPLE PUDDING CAKE

To 1 egg, beaten, add:

1 C sugar

2 C apples chopped fine
1/ 2 C vegetable oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/ 4 tsp. salt
1 C flour
1/ 2 C nuts
1/ 2 C raisons
Stir all together and bake in 9x9 pan at 350 for 30 min.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
(I usually double recipe for 10x 15 pan.)
