Beat till foamy: 1 egg white and 1 Tbsp. water
Pour in and stir to coat: 1 lb. English walnuts
Mix: 1 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Pour over coated nuts and stir until well coated. Lace on cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 45 minutes. Stir with spatula every 15 minutes.
